Google Apps support has pointed me to their IMAP migration tool, but it does not state that Mac OS X Server is supported, only just Microsoft Exchange. Google Apps includes a range of email migration options to allow you to. The Data migration service supports migrations from Microsoft® Exchange, Office 365, and IMAP-accessible mail servers such as GoDaddy or Yahoo. The Data migration service does not currently support migrating from PST files.
