When I try to create a Recovery Drive in Windows 10, Windows doesn't recognize the flash drive. Recovery Drive for Windows 10 Doesn't Recognize USB Drive. I used the Windows Media Creation tool to put a W10 installer on the (original) 16G USB drive. This is not the same as a recovery drive, of course.
